Exercise Design Services

Redline EMS can design, facilitate and conduct any type of exercise, custom tailored to meet the needs of your organization. Exercises are conducted to validate plans, procedures, and organizational capabilities. They are typically conducted within the regulatory frameworks outlined in the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) or the National Preparedness Response Exercise Program (PREP).

We work with your organization to develop HSEEP-compliant After Action Reports (AARs) to document the lessons learned and improvements needed based on the exercise outcomes.
